During 1993 my career took off in Commercial Property Lending, which turned into 20 years with Nedbank Corporate Property Finance looking after an extensive Property Portfolio.
My then role included sourcing new commercial Property Finance transactions through innovative deal making and product structuring.
Throughout this working journey I discovered that my strengths lie in dealing with a diverse client base and handling their property related transactions.
During 2013, I resigned from Nedbank to support my husband's career with Chevron in Tianjin, China. This required a temporary move to China for a 3 year period. This was a large move and adjustment for me, however, it also showed me just how adaptable I can be and that I can thrive when faced with new challenges.
Upon returning home to Cape Town I started a small business dealing with the Import and/or Export of all types of commodities and seeking new business opportunities. Due to the global trends being unstable in South Africa at the time as well as unfavorable for our exchange I shifted gears and decided to embark on a new journey with the dynamic team at Realtors Group Durbanville. I look forward to working alongside, and assisting Manja & André Kritzinger as this Realtors team continues to grow.
